The club
The East 5th Street flagship is the Padel39 choice for the east side, with dedicated on-site parking and lighted outdoor play. Its facility description includes a smaller singles court within the twelve-court headline, so a regular doubles group should select a doubles court explicitly. Four covered courts are described as a future addition, not an enclosed indoor hall. Compared with the Rutland Drive club, the useful difference is the east-side location and session mix, not an assumption that every advertised court has identical dimensions.
